Blue transfer floral sprays and butterflies appear to be randomly scattered over the surface of this petite sugar bowl and cover. It is the three blossoms in the center of the primary spray that give the pattern its name, "Three Flowers". The other decorative element is the blossom finial with its molded stem detail and sprigged leaves perched on the tip of the conical lid. The soft paste porcelain vessel exhibits the creamy color, translucency, and "pegged" foot detail expected in eighteenth century Worcester porcelain.
